H-RO Units
What are the
H-RO units?
They are water treatment systems with reverse osmosis technology preceded by appropriate pre-treatments, both for drinking and industrial use, in compact, flexible and customer-tailored solutions, whose characteristics in summary are:
- Compact and robust systems
- Plug & play execution
- Reduced maintenance costs
- Wide variety of configurations
- Stainless steel components
- Generator or solar or network energy
- Purification of any type of water source, including the new so-called emerging contaminants, for the production of drinking water
Why choose an H-RO unit?
Because thanks to our long experience in the sizing, construction and start-up of reverse osmosis systems, you will be supported not simply by a supplier of machinery, but by a partner able to support you in all your needs, before, during and after the installation of the H-RO Unit.
By choosing an H-RO Unit you can count on:
- a “not improvised” sizing but calculated according to the most advanced calculation software for membrane systems, to guarantee the best system configuration
-
a design able to obtain:
- Efficient systems from the point of view of energy consumption, lower than 1.8 kWh per cubic meter of desalinated water produced in “brackish water” systems and 2.9 kWh per cubic meter of desalinated water produced in “sea water” systems, results obtained through the best software simulation in the design phase and then with the installation of energy recovery units (pressure exchangers) where necessary.
- Reliable systems in terms of the high quality and durability of the materials supplied and the equipment installed, thanks to the choice of the best suppliers available on the market.
- Simple systems to start and operate by local operators, remotely supervised through any device connected to the Internet, in which the production launch occurs simply by pressing a single start/stop button that starts a completely automated sequence.
HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF PROJECTS COMPLETED AND STARTED under the supervision of Eng. Elena Bonadei as project manager, works director and technician who carried out the commissioning and start-up of the UNIT:
