As part of the implementing measures of the PNRR, the Official Journal of 3 May 2024 (OJ General Series No 102 of 03-05-2024) published the Communiqué on the publication of Decree No. 99 of 13 March 2024, containing: «Implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 2, Component 2 (M2C2), Investment 1.4 – “Development of biomethane according to criteria for the promotion of the circular economy – Ecological practices”». (24A02237) which reads as follows:
It is announced that on 13 March 2024 was issued the decree of the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security n. 99 «Implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 2, component 2 (M2C2), Investment 1.4 – “Development of biomethane according to criteria for the promotion of the circular economy – Ecological practices”», pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 8 November 2021, n. 199.
